All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3-5 business days

  • Canada: 8–10 business days

  • Europe: 8-10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-12 business days

  • Other Countries: 10-20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not currently offer free shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
